Ensure that the safety of personnel, services and products and the environment has been carefully considered and that appropriate measures have been put and implemented to achieve these objectives, obtain certificates of warranty and fitness in both equipment and tools for establishing operation and services of products without cause in delay in the planned progress of the order of services.
